At Pro North Hockey Training, we focus on intentional, hockey-specific development designed to help athletes progress with confidence. Based in Barrie, we proudly support players from Barrie, Innisfil, Wasaga Beach, Angus, Oro-Medonte, Springwater, and surrounding Simcoe County communities who are committed to improving their skills, preparing for higher levels of competition, and building habits that translate to game performance.

We believe quality training matters more than volume. That’s why our sessions are built around small training groups, high-repetition drills, and purposeful progression. This approach allows athletes to receive focused coaching, stay engaged, and take ownership of their development.

Pro North offers a comprehensive training environment that includes on-ice skill development, shooting sessions, and high-performance dryland training. Our off-ice programming is designed to support speed, strength, injury prevention, and overall athletic confidence — all critical components for players preparing for spring tryouts and higher levels of play.
