Service Description
This U8–U10 dryland training session focuses on building athleticism through hockey-specific strength and conditioning. Athletes will work on speed, coordination, balance, and overall performance in a positive, high-energy training environment.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at time of registration to secure your athlete’s spot. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session will receive a credit toward a future Pro North session. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the session fee. All participants must have a completed waiver on file prior to training.
